Paper Title:

Please note that the ELMAR-2025 International Program Committee has accepted your paper under the assumption that you, one of your co-authors or a presenter (non-author) will present the paper at the ELMAR-2025 symposium.
The committee wants to avoid gaps in the sessions due to absent authors. Therefore, we ask you to sign this form and send it back (not later than July 31, 2025, for Authors). If you register later than July 31, 2025, your paper is not guaranteed to be included in the ELMAR-2025 Proceedings.
Symposium organizers will not send proceedings hard copies, electronic proceedings or paper separates to no-show authors. No-show authors will be excluded from all future ELMAR paper submissions.
In case of inability of presenter's arrival due to possible pandemic travel restrictions, remote presentation will be arranged.
I hereby declare: "I will attend to the ELMAR-2025 symposium to present my paper or I will be replaced by one of my co-authors or by a presenter (non-author)."

IMPORTANT Each participant must register for the symposium. The Authors' registration is due by July 31, 2025. If no registration is received, the paper is not guaranteed to be published in the ELMAR-2025 Proceedings (relevant only for ELMAR-2025 Authors).
Registration fee includes participation on all symposium sessions, all social events and one printed symposium proceedings.
